Our Met Opera Residency is Underway with Ms. Best
With the help of the Metropolitan Opera Guild we will be writing our own short opera this year. It looks like we, as a grade, have chosen to base this year's first grade operas on the books of Leo Lionni. Our class will probably be performing a version of "Frederick." We'll be working with Sarah Best (pictured). Ms. Best is an opera singer and teacher with The Met. More to come...
